Flower Making
Learn the basic design to make flat petal flowers that you will be able to use in icing. You will be shown to make the rose, carnation, and other varieties that can be ready for that special cake. This class will be held in January.

Pastry
Whether you are new to pastries or have been doing it for years, at Miles Cakes and Candy Supplies we stock everything you need to make those delicious pastries that are pleasing to the eye as well as to your taste. We are very honored and proud to feature Esteban from the Ritz Carlton as our chef and instructor for this class.
