French Pastry Program
This short program has been specifically prepared for professionals and beginners’ who want to discover the high standards of French Pastry with our guest from Colombia : Chef Victor Araque.
In this workshop you will learn: entremet desserts, chocolates, caramel figurines, cake mirrors, sable pasta, tart lets, profiteroles,puff pastries, macarons.
Our main objectives are that our students learn many new recipes, improve their skills with the pleasure of Baking with professional teams and enjoy their experience with us.
Day: October 9,10 and 11, 2019
Time: 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
Cost: $600 (Everything is included) we offer Installments Payments
Students receive 10% discount on class materials, and 20% over $100 (Fondant & gum paste exclusions apply).
